At Selmori, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If something isn’t quite right, our team is here to help. Please review the policy below for return eligibility, non-returnable items, and refund conditions.


Returns & Exchanges

We accept return or exchange requests within 14 days of delivery.

  • Requests must be submitted within 14 days after your order is delivered.
  • All returns and exchanges must be approved by our customer care team before being sent back.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • In original condition with tags and original packaging attached
  • Free from perfume, makeup stains, deodorant marks, or other signs of use
  • Sent back only after receiving return instructions from our team

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for refund or exchange.


Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hour of purchase for a full refund.
  • After this time, your order may already be in processing, so cancellation or changes cannot be guaranteed.
  • Pre-sale items cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed during the production or waiting period.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Final sale items
  • Clearance items
  • Washed, worn, altered, or damaged items
  • Items missing tags or original packaging
  • Discontinued items
  • Items returned without prior approval

What Is Not Considered a Defect

Because garments may vary slightly by fabric, lighting, and production batch, the following are not considered quality issues:

  • Slight color variation caused by screen settings or lighting
  • Minor loose threads
  • Slight odor from fabric treatment that fades after washing
  • Minor washable marks from handling or transit
  • Subjective preferences regarding fabric feel, thickness, or transparency
  • Measurement differences within a 3–4 cm tolerance
  • Slight batch-to-batch variation

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include your order number plus clear photo or video evidence.

Once confirmed, Selmori will offer an appropriate solution, which may include:

  • A replacement sent at our expense, or
  • A full refund for the affected item

For minor issues that do not affect wear, a partial refund or store credit may be offered where appropriate.


Return Shipping

For returns not caused by our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Personal preference or change of mind
  • Items no longer wanted
  • Exchange requests not related to product defects
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address entered at checkout

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side.


Delivered, Refused, or Unclaimed Packages

  • We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they are marked as delivered.
  • If a parcel is refused, unclaimed, or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, any resulting shipping or handling fees may be deducted from the refund.
  • If customs duties or import taxes are refused by the recipient, the order may not be eligible for full refund.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email service@selmori.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return or exchange.
  2. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please include clear photo or video evidence.
  3. Wait for approval and return instructions from our customer care team.
  4. Ship the approved item back using a tracked shipping service.
  5. Send us the tracking number once your return has been shipped.

Please do not send items back without prior approval. Returns sent to an address that has not been provided by our support team may not be accepted.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Credit card refunds typically appear within 7 business days
  • PayPal refunds are usually processed within 48 hours

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
  • Return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund where applicable.
